I Segnaposto

I segnaposto (in armonia coi colori del ricevimento e con la grafica del tableau de mariage e del menu) riportano, scritti a mano con inchiostro di china, il nome completo dell’invitato, mai preceduto da titoli onorifici, accademici o professionali. Per evitare situazioni imbarazzanti o disguidi, è opportuno tenere qualche biglietto senza nome, pronto per eventuali cambiamenti dell’ultimo momento, che una persona di fiducia effettuerà durante gli aperitivi, in modo che quando gli ospiti raggiungono i loro posti, sia tutto in perfetto ordine.

Placeholders (in harmony with the colours of the reception and written with the same graphic of the wedding table setting) will contain, the complete name of the guest, hand written and with china ink. The names won’t include honorary titles, nor academic or professional  titles.
In order to avoid embarrassing situations it is best to keep some empty cards, ready to be filled with the name, for any eventual  last minute change. This will be eventually done by a person of trust during the aperitifs so that when the guests are ready to sit at their table everything will turn out in perfect order.
